Office Manager oversees the office staff, the office manager is responsible for meeting inside sales goals; providing customer service which meets and exceeds customer expectations; providing effective accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and accounting practices; directing the smooth, efficient flow of office operations; ensuring that the department meets or exceeds all of its standards and goals and contributes to the overall success of the company; and working cooperatively with the other managers to meet or exceed all standards and goals. Other duties may be assigned. The Office Manager reports to the President.
