Job Overview:
• We are looking for a Project Manager II with strong leadership skills who will be assigned various projects
• Candidates must have experience managing IT projects including oversight of QA/QC functions
• Previous experience as a QA Manager and Banking experience would be a strong asset
• These projects are at the testing and deployment stage
• Contract term: 3 months with a possibility of extension

Job Description:
• Manage day to day project activities for a complex project
• Plan, execute, control and close out project against defined scope and budget
• Utilize accepted standards and procedures
• Maintain team relationships and team coaching and development
• Manage stakeholder expectations
• Manage risk and ensure compliance
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of a large initiative with several project stakeholders

Key Accountabilities: 
• Works autonomously in the management of the project team and collaborates with other project Leads to establish and execute on common goals
• Work with Senior Management to ensure delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project
• Perform a governing role for within areas of responsibility
• Estimation and planning, risk assessment, contingency planning, tracking and management of progress, issues, budget, risk and resources

Skills:
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing IT projects including oversight of QA/QC functions
• Full SDLC and PMLC life cycle development experience
• PMI certification is an asset
• Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

• Former Bank Contractor – Yes/No
• Leadership – 5+ Years
• Microsoft Project – 5+ Years
• PMI Certification – 5+ Years
• PowerPoint – 5+ Years
• Project Methodology Tools – 5+ Years
