We are recruiting 4 full time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our branches in Moncton, NB!
Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients. They are approachable and committed to providing exceptional customer service based on their knowledge of our financial products and services.

Your Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Promoting sales of credit and loans services
• Interview applicants for loans
• Evaluate loan applicant’s credit and risk
• Process credit and loan documentation
• Manage past due accounts
Your Qualifications:
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Completion of high school diploma
• Strength as a team player
Your Talents:
• Building customer relationships
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivation and direction
• Aptitude for selling products
