We are expanding our Western Talent Acquisition Team and are currently searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to join Mosaic's Talent Acquisition team in Regina/Saskatoon.  Your objective will be to recruit candidates for a variety of roles in the marketing, merchandising, sampling and sales programs of our business. You will be responsible for developing relationships with our internal client management team, understanding the needs of our upcoming programs and executing a recruiting strategy to hire those candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Post job opportunities
  • Initiate preliminary screening of candidates for all programs
  • Promote Mosaic's image and brand on campus & through other channels to attract candidates to our permanent part-time, seasonal and tactical programs
  • Complete resume screening, phone screens and behavioral interviews as necessary
  • Manage a candidate pool in the recruiting life cycle up to the face-to-face interview.
  • Effectively manage and react to urgent requirements
  • Create new and effective ways to recruit candidates
  • "Pitch in" to help other members of the team when the need arises
 Qualifications:
  • 1 year of recruitment combined with customer service or sales experience
  • User knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo/Recruitsoft preferred )
  • Experience recruiting in an agency environment is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing a high volume of activities and candidates while managing internal customer relationships is critical
  • Self motivated and reliable, able to work out of a home office
  • Flexible and adaptable, the ability to work occasional evening and weekends
  • Open and honest approach to recruiting and management
  • University or College degree or diploma
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, as occasional travel is required
