- Accountable for timely preparation and analysis of monthly & year-end financial reports
- Customer invoicing
- Posting receivables
- Collections
- Customer Service
- Credit references
- Verifying costs
- Ensure Enviroway's professional reputation is maintained and conveyed
- Providing management and staff with reports
- Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal use as required
- Accounting functions are performed efficiently, effectively and accurately in accordance with established policies, standards, and security procedures
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Simply Accounting
